I did not love yoga right away. I liked it well enough but I didn’t always feel motivated to go practice. Until one day that I pushed myself to go. While I planned for that class to be my final class before I gave up on yoga, little did I know that it would become my favorite class. I finally found the class that I connected to- the instructor, her way of teaching, and the awesome playlists. I slowly began to love yoga in and of itself, and I’ve been been practicing consistently ever since.

While Covid changed things, I am thankful that it led me to start my own business so that I can share my teaching with others.

I believe yoga is for everyone- you just have to find the right fit. My mission is to help you live more mindfully so that you can feel better in both your body and mind, and hopefully feel happier and less stressed.

I received both my 200-hour and 300- hour certifications from Drishti Beats, and I enjoy teaching the Vinyasa (anywhere from Slow Flow, to Power Vinyasa, and everything in between) and Restorative styles. I am also known for offering lots of variations- making my classes accessible to all levels.

Besides for yoga I enjoy music, nature, biking, traveling and healthy living. I also love getting non-yoga lovers (like I was!) to enjoy yoga, so if that’s you, I hope to work with you soon!
