PRIVATE SESSIONS

Private yoga is for you if:

  • You’re always busy taking care of everyone around you, leaving little time for yourself.

  • You often feel stressed out or anxious and want to find a sense of peace and calmness.

  • You’ve fallen into unhealthy patterns in your daily life and want to get back on track.

  • You want to start living a more healthy, mindful lifestyle.

  • You’ve never practiced yoga before and want someone to teach you where to start.

If any of these sound like you, a private session may just be what you need. I tailor each session to accommodate your personal needs, my goal being to guide you through a class to improve your physical, emotional and mental well-being. You will learn how to better tune into your body and mind, connect with your breath and move with intention.

The styles of yoga I teach include:

Vinyasa

An active type of yoga, where you flow from pose to pose, matching each movement to your breath. Classes can range from more gentle, slow flows to intense power Vinyasa, to anywhere in between, depending on your preferences. This style is accessible to everyone as long as you are able to get up and down with ease.

Restorative

In this style, poses are held for longer periods of time, and props are used to help you feel supported. This is a restful practice that helps you to relax both your body and mind.



I offer in-person and virtual sessions. While I currently split my time between the Upper West Side of Manhattan and Marine Park, Brooklyn, I am happy to come to your home, gym, or outdoor space anywhere in Brooklyn or Manhattan.

(Price will be determined depending on location.) If you are interested in virtual sessions, you can be based anywhere!)
